Nusaco is a B2B (Business-to-Business) coconut product exporter. Our website is intended for use by businesses, importers, distributors, and procurement professionals. We do not sell directly to individual consumers through this website.

3. Product Information & Availability

• Actual product specifications, grades, and pricing are confirmed through formal quotations issued by our team.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels, harvest seasons, and production capacity.
• We reserve the right to decline any inquiry or order at our discretion.

4. Inquiries & Quotations

Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a binding purchase order. A transaction is only confirmed when:

• A formal quotation has been issued and accepted by both parties in writing
• Payment terms have been agreed upon (T/T or Letter of Credit)
• A sales contract or purchase order has been signed or acknowledged

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, raw material costs, and shipping rates.
• Standard payment terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) as agreed per contract.
• Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transfer costs are the buyer's responsibility.

6. Shipping & Export

• All shipments originate from Indonesia under standard Incoterms (FOB, CIF, or as agreed).
• We provide standard export documentation including Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Packing List, and Fumigation Certificate.
• Additional country-specific documentation requests must be communicated prior to shipment.
• Transit times and freight costs are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules and port conditions.

7. Quality & Inspection

• All products are inspected before shipment at our processing facility.
• Quality certificates and inspection reports are shared with buyers prior to shipment upon request.
• Claims for quality discrepancies must be submitted within 14 days of cargo arrival, accompanied by evidence (photos, lab reports).
• We are not liable for quality issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on nusaco.com — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Nusaco Indonesia. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nusaco Indonesia shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website
• Delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, port strikes, government restrictions)
• Loss of business or profit resulting from shipment delays beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the specific order in dispute.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from transactions through nusaco.com shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts or through mutually agreed arbitration.
